Believing in a human will independent ‘essence’ for technology, will have far reaching implications for a thinker’s whole reflections on technology. Heidegger belongs to the camp of philosophers (so called ‘essentialists’) that believe in a such essence Until achieving to the ultimate aim of his thinking about technology-getting rid of Gestell-Heidegger continues to emphasize on this essence. In this essay I at first will try to correspond the reasons that Heidegger holds in favor of attaining a essence by technology with medical technology. Then I will discuss those critical standpoints with which Heidegger’s view could be confronted them.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the technology dimensions and identify the problems of technology transfer in diesel manufacturing industries in order to achieve possible solutions.The survey method is applied descriptive. Field and library studies have been used for data collection. The data have been analyzed through the use of SPSS software and by applying T-test and Kruskal-Wallis test.The results show that the hypotheses about hardware, info ware and human ware have been confirmed, but the variable of organ ware hasn't been confirmed. Moreover, a meaningful relationship hasn't been approved between experience, education and age variables with the replier's viewpoint.

In Iranian law, Securities Act of 2004 created the mandated disclosure system for securities transactions in the primary and secondary market. In this article, it is intended to examine if this duty is justifiable according to the special foundations of the Iranian legal system; and if yes, based on what foundations. In short, it can be stated that, given the special features and specific rules governing securities transactions, it is a significant imbalance between investors and powerful market participants in accessing to the information there, and it seems to be necessary to impose the duty to the disclosure of material facts on the stronger party...

The Obligation to DISCLOSE essential information is important either in theoretical and practical approach. This means that in order to enjoy the necessary knowledge to achieve decision-making and formation of contract, the information that is effective to create legal consent should be revealed to the opposite side. In Franchise agreement; violation of this obligation that is one of accessories and necessities in good faith negotiation process, contract conclusion and implementation of contract have a great effect on relations of the parties to the contract. This article also analyzes purview and remedies of the violation of that obligation in Iranian legal system.

Performance analysis and information of industries’ technology are important for economic and industrial planners. Cement industry has great role in economic growth of a country. In this research the situation of monopoly and TECHNOLOGICal changes in Fars Cement Company are studied based on return to scale and economies of scale. To do that, the Translog cost function and Seemingly Unrelated Regressions (SUR) during the period of 2002:1-20012:12 and the seasonal data are used. According to parts of the results, due to the existence of increasing returns to scale and economies of scale, natural monopoly in the factory has not been rejected. Furthermore, according to the advancement of technology, the advancement of technology in this industry has been associated with lower costs.

Background: Stigma can be a barrier for workers experiencing a mental illness to access accommodations at work. However, work accommodations may be necessary to maintain a worker's ability to work. Therefore, it may be important to develop effective interventions to address workplace stigma. Objective: To determine (1) what proportion of workers would probably DISCLOSE their mental health issue to their manager, (2) what are the motivating factors for the decision of whether or not to DISCLOSE, and (3) what would potentially change the disclosure decision? Methods: A link to a Web-based questionnaire was sent to a nationally representative sample of 1671 Dutch adults over 18 years of age. The response rate was 74%. We focused on the 892 respondents who indicated they were either employed for pay or looking for employment, not in management positions, and never experienced a mental health issue. This group comprised 73% of the total sample. They were asked if they would DISCLOSE their mental health issue to their manager. For what reasons would they DISCLOSE/not DISCLOSE the issue? And, what could change their decision? Results: We found that almost 75% of workers would DISCLOSE to their managers. The perceived relationship with their managers and feelings of responsibility to their workplaces were important contributors to the decision. A large minority of workers would not tell, preferring to deal with their issues alone. In addition, a significant proportion of workers would choose not to DISCLOSE fearing negative consequences. Conclusion: Our results indicate that the majority of these Dutch workers would DISCLOSE a mental health issue to their managers. The relationship with the manager plays a central role. The advice from a trusted individual and the experiences of colleagues are also significant factors in the disclosure decision.
